Summary – The HR Technology Conference 2012

The HR Technology conference, in 2012 lived up to its reputation of being the best place for exchange of ideas, to keep abreast of innovation and latest technologies in HR and to hear from industry experts and thought leaders (who also happen to be my personal rock stars!).

I have blogged (http://www.employeeexperts.com/EE/HRTechConf2012.php) throughout the conference, sharing the different perspectives from the sessions I was in. It is unfortunate that the cloning technology is far behind HR Tech, due to which I could not be at all concurrent sessions at once. In fact, this is my biggest regret about the conference. There are so many good sessions, all happening at the same time and the attendee really needs to prioritise...
